The ReadAnywhere Lite uses the latest AT&T Natural voices for the highest quality speech available with superb intonation.
Every ReadAnywhere Lite comes with one or two high quality voices, depending on the language of the unit.

The ReadAnywhere Lite is incredibly simple to operate.
No awkward Sub-Menus - We realise that sub-menus take time to navigate through and add unwanted complexity. That is why everything is directly accessible from the main reading area within one button press.
The HELP button - intuitive key describer mode lets you teach yourself the controls in minutes.
Automatic Orientation - It does not matter which way round you place your document into ReadAnywhere.
Accuracy of Recognition
Unbeatable Accuracy - ReadAnywhere Lite uses the latest optical character recognition (OCR) engine which means whenever you scan a document, you can be assured that it will be superbly accurate every time.
Small Font Sizes and Poor Quality Print - Documents with very small font sizes (down to 4pt), pictures, lists, columns and poor quality newsprint can all be scanned with superb accuracy.
Versatility
Multi page documents - single documents with more than one page can easily be created. Once the first page has been scanned, the following pages can be scanned whilst the first page is being read out aloud.
Saving, Loading and Deleting Documents - When a document is saved, a sound file can be recorded naming the document using the built in microphone that allows the user to identify it. When loading or deleting a file, the user scrolls through a list of the saved files and as they do, the sound file that has been recorded for that file is played back allowing it to be identified.
Large book handling - The lid of the ReadAnywhere Lite is "double hinged" allowing thick books to be inserted without damage.
Speed
Less than 50 seconds from being turned on, ReadAnywhere Lite is ready to scan the first page. Despite its size and price, a standard letter type document then takes only 45 seconds before it is being read out to you.
